We currently ship to the UK mainland, Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland. For local Southampton deliveries, we also offer low-cost hand delivery.

- Tracked Courier (Mainland UK): 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Highlands, Islands & NI: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Local Delivery (Southampton area): Same/next day by arrangement

- Desktops: £15–£35 depending on size/weight and destination
- Parts & accessories: £4–£8 via Royal Mail or courier
- Local delivery: from £10 within Southampton
Packing & Insurance
Systems are shipped in original or double boxes with foam/bubble protection. High-value PCs are shipped insured and require a signature upon delivery.
Orders placed Mon–Fri are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Built-to-order PCs may require an extra 1–3 days for assembly, testing, and burn-in.

Address & Safe Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Couriers may require ID or a signature. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and photograph before opening.
Change of Mind
Unused retail parts: 14‑day return window from delivery. Prebuilt PCs: 14‑day return window; opened software licenses are non-returnable.
DOA / Faulty on Arrival
If your item is dead on arrival or develops a fault within 30 days, contact us for an RMA and we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund according to the case.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@mbandit.co.uk with your order number, issue summary, and photos/video if relevant.
- We will provide RMA instructions and packing guidance. Keep all accessories and original packaging where possible.
- Return shipping: We can provide a prepaid label for approved RMAs, or you may use a tracked, insured service. Items lost or damaged in transit without insurance cannot be refunded.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.
Deductions
- Used/Installed items may incur a reasonable deduction for diminished value.
- Missing accessories or damaged packaging may incur a restocking fee.
- Original shipping is non‑refundable unless the item was faulty.
Exclusions
Software, consumables, and bespoke configurations beyond standard options are non‑returnable unless faulty.
All prebuilt PCs include a return-to-base warranty. Component warranties may extend beyond our coverage and can be claimed with the manufacturer if preferred.
